📋 Required Documents to Bring to Office
- Official club formation letter or minutes
- List of registered players (name, age, ID number)
- Copy of each player's national ID or kebele ID
- Club constitution / bylaws
- Passport-size photos of club officials
- Registration fee payment receipt
